Drunk Soccer Stars Love Casino Floors

Sports stars think they’re a different breed of human above the rest and can do whatever they want. Phil Bardsley of Sunderland Black Cats football club pretty much confirmed that stereotype when he was pictured laying down on the floor of a casino with £50 notes covering him like a blanket. Either he was knocked out from being so drunk or he fainted knowing he just blew a fortune of his not so hard earned cash. The rest of his crew, who just finished up a game with Tottenham for survival in the Champions League, were also drunk as can be, but unfortunately were not pictured lewdly for our amusement.

Paolo Di Canio, Bardsley’s boss, was enraged when he found out that his players were drinking heavily and acting ludicrously in a public place, in a casino for that matter… without him! But of course, Di Canio reacted to the snub by promising harsh times ahead where the men will have to play their next match in pink tutus.

Lesson learned? If you want to act and behave badly, next time, invite the boss!
